All my massage sessions are customized and based on your individual needs and sometimes combine modalities.

Swedish Massage - A therapeutic and pleasurable massage using light to moderate, flowing strokes that are designed to improve circulation, promote muscle relaxation and relieve stress.
Deep Tissue Massage - A deeper therapeutic massage designed to release pain in chronically tight muscles. Although a full body massage, deeper techniques are used on targeted areas of concern. Your session will be personalized to meet your wellness goals.

Hot Stone Massage - Smooth, heated basalt stones are strategically placed on the body. These heated stones are incorporated into Swedish massage to provide a deeply relaxing experience that melts away stress and muscle tension.
